Episode Structure

As you may have noticed that while the RPG has a storyline, it also has series of “episodes.” Imagine a plotline for a TV show, then it has its own episodes in the long haul. Get the idea? You must be wondering how this whole “episode” works. Well, it’s all written down below for you.

Now that you’re viewing this page, you’ll notice that below this information, there is a title that says Current Episode. There, if you notice the episode number, author and a brief summary of the episode, it also means that’s the current episode the RPG is going by. Each episode has a member’s name which means the member is the author who proposed the idea for the particular episode. All members have the privilege to create a plot for their own episode that could include all or some characters in it—and each episode indicate a new day or week, or even a few months, but if a year or so—that will be left up to the administrators. This does not mean you must follow the episode, you can do something else differently with other role-play gamers. See? Freedom!

Just how the episodes come into play? Well, each members get to throw their ideas down in a subcategory in a message board called “Proposal Episodes” where a poll can take place. Whoever has the highest count of favored idea for an episode will be the one to run the episode of however she/he likes it. It doesn’t mean she/he will control your character(s) entirely, but it simply means that she/he is the author of the episode.

When an episode ends is decided by the administrators—but don’t worry, we’re pretty reasonable just when it should end. For instance, if we see that the episode doesn’t give all the members the “juice” to get going, that’s when we refresh and behold, new episode comes in!

When an episode is finalized, all posts that were made in that episode will be transferred to the "Archives" in the message board. The current episode will be moved from this page to "Past Episodes" in the message board.
